We will gladly issue a refund or return if:
- The item received is different from the description of the item in the listing.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
Refunds are made in the same form as your payment and will be issued within seven days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us by e-mail at info@ozhut.com.
Requests for refunds/returns must be made no longer than 7 days from the receipt of the product.
Please note that there are no refunds should you happen to change your mind. However, feel free to let us know if you have any other problems.
To assist us in expediting your return, exchange, and/or refund, we ask that you:
- Contact us prior to returning the merchandise. (email : info@ozhut.com)
- Upon confirmation, we will promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA).
- Return the merchandise to us within 7 days of the date you received it.
- Return products in their original packaging in resaleable condition.
- Include all accessories.
- Include a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip.
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box so we can easily identify your package when it arrives and handle your return promptly.
We do not pay for return shipping cost so feel free to use any carrier you desire. We recommend that you track and insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost returned packages.
We will refund the shipping cost of returning the item upon inspection of that item if:
- The item received is different from the description of the item in the listing.
- The wrong item was sent to you.
